* Terms of Service *

The stud fee mentioned above shall include the following:

1.Two services to the bitch  

2. A guarantee of one live birth in the resulting litter  

3. A repeat breeding service at no charge if there are no surviving puppies  

4. There will be no kenneling fee for the bitch if kept for less than four days  

5. There will be a fee of $_____ per day for any bitch kept past the fourth day.
